Ordering & Shipping

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse any sale when billing information is incorrect, unauthorized, fraudulent, or when the order cannot be fulfilled under the store's shipping policies.

Refunds and cancellations

Refunds are issued back to the original payment method. Cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible after the order is placed. If an order has already shipped, merchandise may need to be returned before a refund can be completed.

Partial shipments

When an order contains out-of-stock merchandise, we normally hold the order until the missing item arrives. If partial shipment is allowed during checkout, available items may ship first and remaining items may ship later.

Shipping charges may apply to each shipment. If the order qualifies for free shipping, that free shipping applies to one shipment unless each partial shipment independently qualifies.

Where we ship

We ship within the United States. Alaska and Hawaii shipments may include additional surcharges, and free shipping offers may not apply to those destinations.

Lost, stolen, refused, or returned shipments

The customer is responsible for receiving orders shipped to the address provided at checkout. Refused or returned shipments may be subject to shipping charges, including the cost to ship the order and the cost to return it.
