Returns Policy

Returns and exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receipt when merchandise is in original condition with tags attached. Items must not have been washed, worn, altered, or exposed to odor, make-up, deodorant, or other marks.

Refunds

Refunds for returns do not include shipping and handling charges. If an order received free shipping and most of the order is returned, the original shipping cost may be deducted from the refund.

Incorrect or defective merchandise

If an item does not match the order, please contact customer service before returning it. Defective merchandise may be returned for review and will normally be replaced with the same style, size, and color when available.

Personalized items

Personalized, embroidered, imprinted, engraved, hemmed, or otherwise altered merchandise is not returnable unless the item is defective or the personalization was completed incorrectly by us.

Shoes and accessories

Shoes and accessories must be returned with the original packaging in undamaged condition. Items received without required packaging may not be eligible for credit.
